Non-fashion items: We begin production as soon as orders are received, so once an order has been placed, the order is final. Be sure to double check that your cart is PERFECT before completing your order :) All orders zoom over to our printer immediately after they are placed and we are unable to remove it from the rest of the production process. If you have JUST placed the order and something must be changed, you can email orders@maydesigns.com and we will try to catch the order before it hits the printer!

Because each order is custom-made, we don't facilitate returns or exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at orders@maydesigns.com and let us know!

Fashion items: We know how important it is to love the fit and feel of each item in your wardrobe! If you have any order concerns, if there is a quality issue, or if you were sent the wrong item(s), please contact us at orders@maydesigns.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the item(s). If you don’t love your May Designs dress or skirt, please email orders@maydesigns.com to let us know. Due to the custom nature of our products, we can offer store credit for returns/exchanges for items that have never been worn/washed, but we cannot offer cash refunds. Once we receive the item(s) you want to return/exchange, we will send you a May Designs credit to use on our website toward another purchase.
