You'll most likely find Mica musing over color combos or scouring for her next favorite font. She has more ideas than hours in the day...but those ideas must be BEAUTIFUL if they are nothing else. She makes sure every pattern is perfectly crafted, the monogram styles are exactly what people want, and all together dorks about the customer experience.
Chief Operating Officer
John might be the most efficient human on the planet. He reads books about it, (on double speed of course) and implements it with style. So naturally, he runs the day to day operations of making sure no books fall through the cracks and keeps us all on track.
Customer Service Concierge
Jacque heads up our Customer Service Concierge team. She LOVES on our customers and makes sure any correspondence to us is handled quickly and accurately. A May Books fan from the beginning, she loves the product and has high expectations for make sure every color and monogram is perfect!
Heather is our designer extraordinaire. She and Mica are two peas in a pod and have a little too much fun in the office sometimes. She has brought new life to our style and has recently added some fresh colors to our color palette (hello Mint & Melon!). This girl's creative juices are constantly flowing. We are continuously on the edge of our seat to see what she designs next!
Emily is part of our Customer Service Concierge team. She has an intuitive knack for meeting each customer's specific need. Obsessed with perfection and passionate about stationery, she is a perfect fit for creating delighted fans!
Social Media Manager
Rachel is our social media guru and is constantly charging her iPad mini to keep up the communication to our fans! She is lightning fast in responding to your customer service requests, retweeting pics and absolutely loves seeing how you are all using your #maybooks and #maynotes. She dreams up new monthly contests and keeps everyone in the office happy with her matching May Books and attention to detail.
A perfect fit for our team, Courtney is our newest designer. Her illustrations are lovely, her attention to detail is meticulous and she brings fresh ideas to all our brainstorm sessions. She keeps her desk clean and cozy and her dry wit keep us laughing both in and out of the office.
Meagan keeps us all in line, on time and keeps the office impeccably organized. She is our go to gal for PR samples and has our FedEx account memorized. She has a crazy knack for remembering things on the exact dates that they happened, and also for finding us the best new cupcakes to try!
