No, you do not have to set up an account to place an order. Simply check out as a guest to complete your purchase.
However, we recommend all customers create a login and password in order to receive the full benefits of our platform and May Designs Perks program.
If you are a long-time customer (thank you!) please note: in October 2021 May Designs migrated to a completely new platform. If you had an account with us prior to that time, you will need to create a new login and password.
Our customer loyalty program, May Designs Perks, was designed with YOU in mind! For every dollar you spend, you earn points to redeem for discounts, free shipping and exclusive downloads.
There are birthday rewards and all sorts of perks for joining. You do not have to have an account to earn points, but you do in order to redeem them and start enjoying the benefits!
Click on the Perks button in the bottom left corner (look for the gift icon) to view your points, ways to earn and ways to redeem.

Yes! If you are ordering 25 or more of the same identical product, your order is eligible for our bulk discount. For more information on bulk discount and tiered pricing, please visit our branded products page. Production + Shipping
One thing we love about our products is that every one is made to order! For this reason, we have a standard production time frame of up to 10 business days before your order ships.
Please note: production time does not include shipping time; they are different timelines and vary depending on the product and shipping methods you choose.
May Designs offers three shipping methods: economy, expedited and overnight.
Our products ship from different locations in the USA, therefore we use a variety of shipping methods in order to provide customers with the best possible rates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, straight to your email.
We have temporarily paused shipping beyond the United States, but we are working to reduce the cost of shipping beyond our domestic border, so please stay tuned!
PERSONALIZATION
When you select "Yes" under the Personalization drop down, "Your Name Here" appears as a prompt to encourage users to type in their own name or a short phrase and see how it looks.
Please note: what you see is what you get. Whatever the text, shape and color combination looks like in the preview is what your finished product will look like.
If you select "Yes" under the Personalization drop down and don't edit the text, you will get a product that says "Your Name Here" and that's not nearly as cool as your name or favorite phrase. So don't forget to change it!
Sometimes when you navigate to a product page, the pattern doesn't show; you may see an all white product or different pattern all together.
If you experience this, please do NOT buy that product. Instead, email orders@maydesigns.com and notify our customer service team of the issue. They will be able to assist you in placing your order with the correct product, pattern and personalization (if desired).

There are two reasons you may be experiencing your personalization text getting cut off inside the shape:
1. Your phrase may be too long for the character count or the shape you selected.
2. All fonts are slightly different sizes and require different amounts of space in order to preview correctly.
May Designs builder offers two character lengths: 15 characters (for the "Name or Initials" option) and 35 characters (for the "Phrase" option). Please make sure you have selected the right option for your personalization and that it is within the character limit.
If this still doesn't work, we recommend trying other font and shape combinations. If you're still having trouble, please contact orders@maydesigns.com for assistance.

Orders
If you have questions about an existing order, email orders@maydesigns.com to get in touch with one of our super-friendly, Texas-based associates and they will be able to assist you.
Since our products are perfectly printed just for you (hooray, completely custom products!) there are no returns or refunds. Once you design your item with our online builder and sign off on the proof at checkout, we are unable to make changes.
Once you preview your design and check out, your order is final. Because all orders pop over our printer immediately, we cannot remove it from the production process. Thank you for understanding!
To access your order history, log into your May Designs accout. If you are already logged in, nagivate to the "My Account" page by clicking the person icon in the upper right (next to the shopping cart). Your order history should apppear at the top of the page.
If you are still having trouble, or you had an account with May Designs prior to October 2021 and would like to view orders from our previous system, please email orders@maydesigns.com and our team will be able to assist you.

Yes! To reoder from a past order, navigate to the "My Account" page by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner. Once your past orders appear, simply click the blue shopping cart icon (surrounded by two arrows) to the left of the order number and your order details will appear below. Check the green boxes for the items you want to reorder and select "Add To Cart" or "Reorder & Checkout."
