Yes, you will need to create a new log in, as we migrated completely over to a new platform. The great news is that this comes with loads of bells and whistles and features we were not able to offer before now! We have an improved checkout process )(with new payment choices) as well as improved shipping notifications + tracking information. Rest assured, if you really need a peek at what you had ordered from us in the past, please email orders@maydesigns.com and our team will look up your email and be able to give you any information you need!

Since our products are perfectly printed just for you, (hooray, completely custom books!!) there are no returns or refunds. Once you design your item with our preview tool and sign off on the proof at checkout, you are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Once you preview your design and sign off in the magic proof box, your order is final. All orders zoom over our printer immediately after they are placed and we cannot stop it from the rest of the production process. Thank you for understanding!

All of our May Books come with a standard number of pages. Classics have 80 pages, and Larges have 176 pages.

Classic books are 5" x 8" and Large books are 8" x 10.25".

Email is best and fastest, we promise! We are a small business and have learned that the best way to communicate clearly and efficiently is either through email support or even social media! One thing we LOVE about our products is that they are literally made to order. For this reason, we have a standard production time frame of up to ten business days before shipping your order.


Each notebook is printed on demand, cover AND inside pages! Then, they are trimmed to perfection, round cornered, packaged and shipped. Same thing for May Notes! They are printed on demand, and trimmed to perfection and packaged by hand! Each stainless tumbler and koozie is matched up with your pattern by hand and walked through the production process by a real person. All leather and vegan leather products are also made on-demand.

We have three shipping methods: economy, expedited and overnight.

Our products ship from a few different locations in the USA, therefore we use a variety of shipping methods in order to provide customers with the best possible rates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, straight to your email.

We have temporarily paused shipping beyond the United States, but we are working to reduce the cost of shipping beyond our domestic border, so please stay tuned!
